Help with Fouro

Sign-in and account

Use Sign in from Fouro and complete the Clerk email or Google flow. After signing in, open your profile avatar for account and session controls. If a sign-in flow fails, return to the sign-in page and retry before starting another session.

Chats and memory

Signed-out visitors can send five guest chats per UTC day and 10 per UTC month per signed browser installation. Keep the tab open to continue the current guest conversation; it is not saved to history or Memory and is forgotten when you refresh or close the page. Guest prompts never become saved Memory and are not imported when you sign up.

Delete a saved chat with its trash button in conversation history. Open Memory from the signed-in sidebar to review, edit, or delete lasting details Fouro saved automatically, information you explicitly asked it to remember, and memories you added yourself. Signed-in memories stay in your per-user database until individually or collectively deleted. Fouro sends each chat only a compact, recent subset under a fixed context limit. Deleted items are removed from the active product view; limited records may remain where needed for security, billing, legal obligations, or reliable operation.

Billing and cancellation

Signed-in Pro customers can select Manage Fouro Pro in the sidebar to open Stripe's billing portal. Use it to review invoices, change payment details, or cancel. Stripe also emails receipts and invoice PDFs to your verified Fouro account address and sends renewal, expiring-card, failed-payment, refund, and payment-confirmation notices when relevant. If checkout or the portal does not open, retry once and include the on-screen error details in your support email.

Service errors

If GPT-4o is marked unavailable or a response is interrupted, wait briefly and retry. Fouro does not silently switch models. Usage shown in the sidebar and composer refreshes after completed or interrupted requests.
